Returns & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving their order.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Must be unused and unworn

Must have all original tags attached

Must be returned in the original packaging/bag intact

Must be in the same condition as received
Any items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Items that have been worn, used, or damaged

Items returned without original tags or packaging
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
